About these terms
These terms govern use of the 1website public product website, account access, and any 1website services that expressly link to them. The current repository provides account registration and sign-in alongside an illustrative product tour; it does not process payments or create real orders.
A binding paid-service agreement should not be activated until the operator details, governing law, payment processor, service levels, and cancellation process are completed and reviewed for the markets where 1website operates.
Eligibility and accounts
When account functionality is introduced, users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and be legally capable of entering a contract. Business users are responsible for activity under their accounts and for the people they authorize.
Service and fees
Public pricing currently presents Starter at $0 per month plus a 1.5% platform fee per sale, and Scale at $99.99 per month with a 0% platform fee. Payment processor fees may apply separately. Taxes, billing cadence, renewal terms, and supported currencies must be shown before a customer commits to payment.
Seller responsibilities
- Own or have permission to sell all listed products and content.
- Provide accurate product descriptions, compatibility information, prices, and refund terms.
- Comply with consumer, tax, privacy, intellectual-property, export, and sanctions laws that apply to the seller.
- Respond to buyers and deliver what was promised.
Content and platform licence
Sellers retain ownership of their content. When service functionality is enabled, sellers will grant 1website only the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, and deliver that content on their behalf. 1website branding, software, and site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or material breach. Final terms must describe notice, appeals, data export, deletion, and the treatment of active buyer obligations before this clause is used operationally.
Disclaimers and liability
The marketing site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Any production terms must set liability limits appropriate to the operator’s jurisdiction and insurance rather than relying on a generic worldwide waiver.
Changes and contact
Material changes should be dated and, for account holders, communicated before they take effect when required. The operator’s verified legal identity and contact channel must be added in the Legal Notice before commercial launch.
