Current scope

The current 1website site provides account registration and sign-in alongside its marketing pages and illustrative product tour. Account operation stores an email address, a one-way password hash, and session records. It does not provide payment forms, live orders, or newsletter forms. The local product demo does not submit or persist the sample order information shown on screen.

Information that may be processed

  • Basic server and security logs, such as IP address, request time, browser information, requested URL, and error data, if retained by the hosting provider.
  • Information you choose to send through a future support channel.
  • Account, transaction, buyer, and seller data only after those services are implemented and this policy is updated before collection begins.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical logs may be used to deliver the site, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, the operator must identify the relevant legal basis for each purpose—such as contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent—before production processing begins.

Sharing and international transfers

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data on the operator’s behalf. A production policy must name or categorize payment, email, analytics, support, and hosting providers; explain international-transfer safeguards; and link to an up-to-date subprocessor list.

Retention and security

Personal data should be retained only as long as needed for its stated purpose, legal obligations, disputes, and security. Production retention periods and security controls must be documented once the actual systems and vendors are selected.

Your rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of their personal data, and to withdraw consent. They may also complain to their local supervisory authority. A verified privacy contact and request process must be published before personal data is collected through the service.

Children and changes

1website is intended for people able to run or purchase from a digital business and is not directed to children. This policy will be updated before any material new data collection begins; the revision date above identifies the current version.
