Use the service lawfully
Users may not use 1website to violate law, another person’s rights, payment-network rules, or sanctions and export restrictions that apply to them.
Prohibited products and conduct
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access tools, or content designed to compromise systems.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive offers, pyramid schemes, or manipulation of reviews and transactions.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or content that endangers children.
- Targeted harassment, credible threats, or unlawful hateful content.
- Unauthorized sale of regulated goods, financial products, personal data, or access credentials.
- Attempts to evade platform safeguards, interfere with service operation, or overload infrastructure.
Enforcement
When operational, 1website may investigate reports, remove or restrict content, suspend access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement should consider severity, recurrence, user safety, and legal obligations, with an appeal channel where appropriate.
Reporting
A verified abuse-reporting address and intellectual-property notice process must be published before user-generated storefronts are opened to the public.
