Current status
The current site does not accept payments or create subscriptions, so there is presently no 1website charge to refund. The prices shown describe the intended commercial model.
Platform subscription cancellations
Before paid subscriptions begin, checkout must disclose billing frequency, renewal, taxes, cancellation steps, and when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation should stop future renewal while preserving access through any already-paid period unless law requires otherwise.
Digital products sold by creators
Each seller is responsible for a clear buyer-facing refund policy consistent with applicable law and the product description. 1website should display that policy before purchase and provide a durable order confirmation when transaction functionality is introduced.
EU/EEA digital-content rights
Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only in circumstances permitted by law, including prior express consent to begin performance and acknowledgement of the consequence. Mandatory rights and remedies for non-conforming digital content or services remain unaffected.
Disputes and mistaken charges
A production service must provide a working support route for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, non-delivery, and cancellation issues. Processor chargeback rights and statutory consumer remedies cannot be replaced by this policy.
